Package Discounts:
Pay for 3 sessions in advance: Save 15%
Pay for 6 sessions in advance: Save 20%
Discounts are available for 2 or more horses owned/loaned by the same person.
Emergency Service Workers:
I offer a 15% discount for human appointments for emergency service workers on production of valid ID.
Payments must be made at the time of booking to secure your appointment
Mileage
I cover 10 miles from Caerphilly – there will be a charge for any additional mileage. This will be waived if I am treating 3 or more horses, or a combination for humans and horses on one yard or if I am treating others in your area.
CORPORATE DAYS
If you are a business owner or manager and would like to reward your employees by offering them a relaxing, de-stressing treatment, please contact me to discuss how this could work for your company.
Cancellation:
If your appointment is not cancelled 3 days before your appointment, your payment is non-refundable.
Whilst I appreciate that short notice cancellations can sometimes not be avoided, I would be grateful if you could give me as much notice as possible if you are unable to make your appointment.
If you have paid for the appointment but need to cancel, the payment will be refunded as long as 3 or more days’ notice has been given.
Late arrivals:
If you are late for your appointment, it will depend on how much time remains available as to whether I will be able to proceed with the treatment.
